Asian Style Salad with Pork Meatballs

Then this is for your family: Asian style salad and meat balls!

Preparation: 15mins with a food processor. Cooking: 10-15mins

  • Pork mince: 400g
  • Read cabbage: 1/4
  • Onion: red 1
  • Celery stick: 1 or 2
  • Carrots: 4
  • Apple: granny smith 1
  • Coriander: a few sprigs
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Spring onion:2
  • Mint (Thai if you have some or Thai basil)
  • Noodles: 20g fried prior to cooking and chopped in small pieces
  • Sesame seed oil: 1tbsp
  • Sugar: brown 1tsp
  • Fish sauce: 1tbsp

Lets’ do it

  1. Dissolve sugar in the fish sauce and add sesame oil.
  2. Process all the veggies (except for garlic and spring onions) to chop finely.
  3. Pour the sauce and mix well.
  4. add fried noodles to salad
  5. Set aside in the fridge.
  6. Mix chopped garlic and spring onions with pork mince.
  7. Form meatballs
  8. Shallow fry in the pan.
  9. Sprinkle with mint and serve altogether
