One Pot Salmon Pasta


Can an easy one-pot pasta make your life easier? It sure can.

Preparation: 10min, Cooking: 15min


  • Pasta of choice: 250g
  • Salmon: smoked 150g
  • Tomatoes: chopped in quarters: 200g
  • Peas: 150g frozen
  • Ricotta: 50g
  • Olive oil: 2tbsp
  • Water: cold 700ml
  • Parmesan: 20g
  • Dill: a few sprigs chopped finely

Let’s do it!

  1. Gather all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Cook until pasta is al dente.
  3. Serve with parmesan and dill.
