- Pasta of choice: 250g
- Salmon: smoked 150g
- Tomatoes: chopped in quarters: 200g
- Peas: 150g frozen
- Ricotta: 50g
- Olive oil: 2tbsp
- Water: cold 700ml
- Parmesan: 20g
- Dill: a few sprigs chopped finely
Let’s do it!
- Gather all ingredients in a large pot.
- Cook until pasta is al dente.
- Serve with parmesan and dill.
