  • Mixed bins: 1 tin x400g.
  • Punnet (250g) of cherry tomatoes or combo, cut in half
  • Red onion: chopped finely
  • Snow peas: 100g, string out, cut in two
  • Parsley chopped: 4tbp
  • Olive oil: 3tbsp
  • Balsamic vinegar: 1tbps
  • Salt, pepper, chili flakes:optional

Let’s do it:

  1. Combine olive oil, Vinegar, chili flakes (optional)salt and pepper.
  2. Mix with the other ingredients. Serve.
